A Workout izay maharitra

Nandritra ny fiainako, Lasa aho amin'ny alalan'ny fizaran-taona rehefa Efa tena nandrisika miasa avy. Fony aho tany amin'ny sekoly ambaratonga faharoa fotsiny aho te-ho Buff ampy hampiaiky volana ny zazavavy (I nahomby). Tamin'ny volana eo anoloan 'ny fampakaram-bady aho, niezaka ny hiasa eo an-tanako honeymoon tora-pasika tena. Tato ho ato, Fotsiny aho miezaka mba ho azo antoka ny ho velona lasa ny faharoapolo taonany. Ny antony efa niova nandritra ny taona maro, fa izay tsy niova no mora niova hevitra ireo antony ireo.

Angamba ianao noho ny antony voajanahary hiasa an-Manaova feo fifaliana avy ny namako izay mamoaka pics sy lahatsary ny fampiofanana regimen isan'andro. Fa raha toa ahy ianao, ny antony manosika miakatra sy midina toy ny zanak'osy amin'ny trampoline. Ahoana raha ny vokatry ny asanao avy naharitra mandrakizay, anefa? Ve ianao hazoto kokoa?

Asa mafy Pays Off

Nandritra ny Lalao Olaimpikan'ny Ririnina tamin'ny volana lasa aho dia talanjona toy ny helatra nijery haingana sy highflying bobsledders snowboarders. Gaga aho araka ny fanatanjahan-tena tsara indrindra, fa mainka aho gaga rehefa nieritreritra mikasika ny famaizana fiofanana tsy maintsy efa mba ahatongavana any.

Rehefa tapitra ny zava-nitranga tsirairay rehefa nandresy atleta nitsangana teo amin'ny mpandresy ny podiums, miaraka amin'ny tsiky eo amin'ny endrika sy ny medaly sasatra teo amin'ny tratrany izy ireo, dia nijinja ny soa ny fampiofanana. Fa araka ny Baiboly, misy ambony karazana fiofanana-tsy noho ny fiofanana ara-batana dia zava-poana, fa noho izany voafetra.

Raha efa nanontany tena izay mieritreritra momba ny workouts, Ity ny valiny: Izy mihevitra fa manana mahasoa, fa voafetra, sarobidy. Noho izany raha mihazakazaka ianao, manao drills, sy nankahery ny lanja, fitsaharana amin'ny fahalalana fa misy zavatra tsara tokony hatao. Fitandremana ny vatanao amin'ny endrika tsara Mendri-piderana-na dia hendry, fa izany ihany no mahazo anao handeha lavitra.

Izao no lazain'i hoy Paoly Apôstôly ho an'i Timoty:

"Fa tsy misy ifandraisany amin'ny tsy manaja sy adaladala angano. kosa, hampiofana ny tenanao amin'ny toetra araka an'Andriamanitra, fa ny fanofanana ny vatana dia manana tombontsoa voafetra, fa ny toe-panahy araka izay mahasoa amin'ny zavatra rehetra, satria izy io no misy fampanantenana ny amin'ny fiainana ankehitriny, ary koa ho amin'ny fiainana ho avy." (1 Timothy 4:7-8)

Afaka mamintina ny hevitry Paoly amin'ny asa toy izao: Fiofanana ara-batana tsara, fa fampiofanana ara-panahy tsara kokoa. Ary izany satria heriny ara-batana maharitra, raha mbola toetra araka an'Andriamanitra mandrakizay. Paoly Miresaka momba "ny toe-panahy araka fanofanana" Mihevitra aho fa izy dia midika hoe manao ny zavatra izay ara-panahy ho matanjaka ianao. Izany dia midika hoe manao ny asa izay hahatonga anao bebe kokoa an'Andriamanitra. Angamba manainga ny Baiboly, na dia tsy tsara noho ny manainga ny lanjany, nefa tsy miraharaha izany dia midika hoe isika hanadino avy amin'ny noho ny tsara ianao fahasalamana.

Mandrakizay dia tsara noho ny fotoana fohy

Isika rehetra dia mahafantatra fa rehefa misy zavatra maharitra izany intsony tsara kokoa. Tsy misy olona mividy fiara Ho fantany izany harodany ny volana manaraka. Te hividy isika fa zavatra izay maharitra elaela, satria Ho hahazo bebe kokoa avy amin'ny fampiasam-bola. Fa raha izahay amin'ny fanapahan-kevitra izany kajy momba ny fiara, mainka kajy isika no tokony momba ny fanahintsika?

Impiry ianao no hieritreritra momba ny mandrakizainao? Ny marina dia, dia tokony hieritreritra momba azy io mihoatra noho isika. Tsy misy fanontaniana fa isika rehetra dia hiaina mandrakizay; ny fanontaniana dia hoe inona izany mandrakizay dia ho tahaka. Noho izany tokony hanao fampiasam-bola izao, satria fantatrareo fa ny vokany dia tsy farany.

Izany no tokony hisy fiantraikany izay zavatra mifantoka amin'ny isan'andro isan'andro. Fanatanjahan-tena tsara, fa tsy ry zareo ny zava-drehetra. Ny hery ara-batana mba mankanesa any an oniversite, nefa dia tsy mahazo anareo ho any an-danitra. Tokony handray tsara fikarakarana ny vatana, fa manana zavatra mavesatra mba hikarakara. Inona no salama dia ny fanahinao?

Ahoana no mba hampiofanana

Andriamanitra dia manome fahafahana antsika mba hanangana "hozatra ara-panahy", rehefa avelantsika handeha ny fahotana sy haka ny mihazona an'i Jesosy. Ary avy eo dia nandefa antsika ho any amin'ny fanaovana fanatanjahan-tena. Izy no nanome antsika ny fahasoavany ny teniny, ny vahoakany, ary na dia ny sofiny. Aoka àry ny mamaky, fiombonana, ary mivavaha. Atleta hampiofanana mafy, satria te-ho vonona ho amin'ny lalao na lalao mialoha ny azy ireo. Te-ho afaka hifaninana amin'ny avo lenta.

Isika rehetra dia hiatrika fitsapana ara-panahy, fitsapana, ary ny ady isan'andro. Vonona ve ianao? Coasting tsy miasa ho an'ny atleta ary izany dia tsy mety ho an'ny Kristianina. Tamin'ny taona lasa ny famakiana Baiboly dia tsy ampy ny hanohana anao amin'ity taona ity. Ho afa-tsy isika-tsara ny hazakazaka lavitra ezaka izany noho ny fahasoavan'Andriamanitra, fa manomana antsika ho amin'ny hazakazaka ara-panahy amin'ny alalan'ny fanatanjahan-tena.

Tena manampy ahy ny mahatsiaro fa raha mbola ny soa azo avy amin'ny fiofanana ara-batana dia voafetra, ny soa ara-panahy tsy manam-petra fampiofanana. Tamin'ny andro izany, raha tsy mahatsiaro ho toy ny mivavaka na mamaky ny Tenin'Andriamanitra, Afaka mampahatsiahy ny tenako fa tsy ny soa kely na mihelina. Dia tsy hanampy ahy amin'ny herinandro ambony, hanampy ahy eo amin'ny fiainana manaraka. Izay ihany ny antony manosika Mila.

Trip thank you for this. For the past week I’ve been fearing death. I don’t know why but I do. I really needed to be reminded that heaven is the best thing ever and this earth won’t get me anything.

Thanks for this bit of encouragement! It is easy for some of us to become obsessed with eating healthy and exercising. But do you spend more time planning your meals and at the gym, than in times of prayer and study of the Word? It’s easy to have your priorities messed up, even on the mission field.

    Blessings in Christ to all!

I agree. The spiritual fitness/exercise is FAR more important than any physical fitness/exercise, but I ALSO believe that both can be done at the same time as well. I know there is a fine line between working out for yourself and working out for God, but there is a difference (believe it or not). Working out for God, physically, includes the spiritual element. For instance, when you have a workout partner, you two talk periodically when you workout together. Imagine if, when you two talk, it isn’t about a pump, your muscles, sns. Tsy, when you talk, speak from your heart, and have fellowship with one another in Christ. The physical working out may be a common interest for those in the gym, but if you add the spiritual aspect, your fitness with go to an unearthly level (right where we are supposed to be), spreading the love of Christ. It amazes me how The Lord speaks in so many different ways. I was wrestling with the thought ofI should work out todaybut was feeling like I fail at this area over and over again and somewhat feel it can be wasted time if it’s not something continuous in my life. Reading this blog was a reminder from God that He>I and when I focus on Him and train spiritually, I feel so much better and trust that it’s not time wasted. I think staying healthy is important but I know that digging into His word and seeking him is well worth every second of our life. Time with God is never wasted. Thanks for being obedient to what Christ has called you to share. I needed this. God bless You and your family Trip!

Izany no awesome. The two things I hope to gain and retain this year and yet I struggle with the one that is far more important than the other. Thanks Trip, your timely blogs have been very inspiring, and they constantly point me back to Superstar.

Bro this is what I needed. I’ve been struggling and fighting with the spirit for the last couple of days. Just forgot to pray, read my bible, and even go to church. This is a wake up call. From now on I’m a changed man in Christ. I even thought God will n longer listen to me because of my ungodly life. Jesus died on the cross for me and I know I’m always welcome in his presence and he is just and faithful to forgive me from my sins.
Bro I thank God for your life and the great work he he’s doing through you. God bless you for accepting his works.
    Stay blessed my brother.

I think this is very relevant in our culture today. How often do you see people at the gym for hours? Trip, I work at the YMCA and I see the same people day in and day out for at least an hour of working out, but generally more than that. And it gets you thinking, there’s probably a lot of Christians that come into my Y (We’re the largest in Indiana), so how many of them are spending 1-2 hours a day engaging themselves in spiritual activity? This is relevant to me because it’s the call out I needed to get back in shape physically and spiritually. Thank you brother.

    God bless,
    Logan Long

    Hey,

This is a word-for-a-season. In a culture there are so many social pressures to look good and for guys to be fit and ‘buff’, we can get so caught up in what we think we should be like, in what others tell us we need to look like.

Saying that God thinks that workouts have limited value is spot on, compared to the eternity we can spend with God.

This reminds me of David’s story when he is anointed king by Samuel 1 Samuel 16). God says in verse 7, “People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.

    Bless you,

    Josh

Trip I am big into working out, but I have to remind myself to read this post every once in a while. Helps keep me focused on what really matters

  12. Briannavalin'i

Wow as a fellow blogger I love the content of this. I am a workout buff but it comes easier than sometimes finding the time to pick up my Word daily. I then wonder why I don’t stand up to trials like I should. Awesome reminder. Thanks Trip

This is really encouraging and it has been something that’s been on my mind. I don’t read my Bible everyday, in fact, I could go for 2 na 3 days without getting in touch with God’s Wordbut now I know that I’m denying myself eternal benefits. It means so much to me that what I read today will help me next week or next month. I can’t rely on what I did last year, or last weekI’m working out for my eternity!!
Godliness has value for ALL THINGS holding promise for both the present life and the life to come!
Thanks Trip Lee, for letting God work through youImma read the Word more! :)

that was awesome message Trip, I have always wondered whether working out is wrong or not or simply unnecessary. Your analysis clears the air on that one. Thanx, keep BRAGING BRO!!
