Rise – Book

Society says youth is a time for carefree self-expression, but Trip Lee says God has called everyone to RISE from slumber, above low expectations, and to live for the risen King.

The world tells us that our early years are to be irresponsibly enjoyed rather than devoted to meaningful pursuits. We’re told that responsibility and commitment are burdens to be put off as long as possible. And so, most of us spend our youth in a sad state of slumber—sleeping in on life until we’re forced to get up. The problem is that life has already begun. It’s happening right now. And God has called you to live it.

In this powerful book, Trip Lee argues it’s time to wake up and RISE, to live the way we were created to live. Young or old, we’ve been called to live for Him. Right now. Young believers face the same problems as older Christians, but they feel them in unique ways. RISE addresses those core problems in an engaging, profound, and life-changing way.

Don’t just sit there: RISE!

Rise – Album

An album can teach you a lot. In many ways, it’s the ultimate platform to spread a heartfelt message, relay invaluable lessons, and celebrate life in a palatable, potent form. That’s precisely what Trip Lee does on his fourth full-length album, “Rise.”

In order to convey his message, Trip took a different approach to recording this time around. Instead of collaborating with multiple producers, he worked solely with longtime producer Gawvi for the entire album at his Atlanta studio.

The Good Life – Book

Nicer car, bigger house, whatever your heart desires. Everybody wants to live The Good Life. But what happens when dreams become nightmares and the promise of freedom leads to a life of imprisonment? What happens when you discover that all that’s gold loses its glitter? Maybe the rich and famous aren’t living The Good Life. Maybe our dreams are rooted in lies. And maybe, just maybe those who have less really have more. What is The Good Life…really?

In this book, titled after his acclaimed fourth album, The Good Life, Christian rap artist and author, Trip Lee, unveils what the world, the flesh and the devil promote as the ultimate and most satisfying life. He then explains what The Good Life really is: a life within our reach and yet beyond anything this world has to offer. Imagine: The Good Life. – Trailer #1Trailer #2

The Good Life – Album

The album opens with New Dreams, featuring J.R. and Sho Baraka, which is an awakening to the reality that chasing selfish ambitions will keep us from the abundant life God desires for us all. Trip follows with the freeman anthems Robot and I’m Good featuring Lecrae, which boast in liberty, contentment and security found in Christ. On Fantasy, featuring Suzy Rock, Trip carefully exposes the dream world we either live in or long for and the nightmare it will turn out to be. Other collaborations with KB, Andy Mineo, Jimmy Needham, V. Rose and many others, celebrate the beauty of life brought about by the true emancipator, the creator and revealer of all that is good. While production from Dirty Rice, Alex Medina, G-Styles and Joseph Prielozny provide a glorious backdrop for the satisfaction of life in Christ.

Man Up

The Man Up album, in conjunction with the Man Up campaign, seeks to answer that question by offering the soundtrack to the movement! Lecrae, Trip Lee, Sho Baraka, Tedashii, Pro, KB and Andy Mineo are calling men in the Hip-hop culture to true biblical manhood summed up by: leading courageously, rejecting passivity, accepting responsibility and pursuing humility, through repentance and faith in Christ.

Between Two Worlds

Trip Lee finds himself in an often difficult, but ultimately promising state–destined for eternal life, yet tasked to navigate through this one. His third album, Between Two Worlds offers listeners a collection of personal reflections that echo the joys and struggles we all experience as believers. The opening track title, Real Life Music, summarizes what to expect from Trip’s latest project.
