Tababarka A soconaysa

noloshayda oo dhan, Waxaan soo maray xilli ciyaareed marka aan la ahaantii dhiiriyo in ay ka shaqeeyaan. Marka waxaan ku jiray dugsiga sare, waxaan kaliya rabay in aan buff ku filan inuu soo jiito gabdhaha (waxaan ku guuldareysatay). In bilood ka hor arooska waxaan isku dayay in ay ka shaqeeyaan jidhkayga xeebta Malabka. Maalmahan, Waxaan kaliya isku dayaya si loo hubiyo in aan ku noolahay ee la soo dhaafay labaataneeyada aan. waxa riixaya My beddeleen sanadihii la soo dhaafay, laakiin waxa uusan waxba iska badalin waa sida yeelsiiyeen riixaya kuwa.

Waxaa laga yaabaa in aad tahay qof si dabiici ah soo afjaray in ay ka shaqeeyaan-qaylo ka soo baxday inay saaxiibaday kii boostada PIC iyo videos ee mudada tababarka maalin kasta. Laakiin haddii aad tahay qof aniga oo kale ah, waxa riixaya aad kor iyo hoos tagaan sida orgi kasta oo yar on boodboodo ah. Maxaa dhacaya haddii natiijada ka soo baxday shaqada weligiis socday, in kastoo? aad noqon lahaa dheeraad ah oo ku dhisan?

Shaqo adag bixiyaa Off

Intii lagu guda jiray bishii la soo dhaafay ee Olympics Winter waxaan ku jiray ka baqeen sida aan daawaday hillaac bobsledders degdeg ah oo snowboarders highflying. Waxaan la yaabey sida ay heer sare isboortiga, laakiinse waxaan jiray xitaa ka badan dhicin markii aan u maleeyay oo ku saabsan tababarka edbiyo waa ka qaaday inay halkaas ka heli.

Dhamaadka dhacdo kasta marka ciyaartoyda guul ka taagnaa podiums guusha ee, la qoslayay wejigooda iyo bilado ku nasanayso on sanaaduuq ay, waxay gurto faa'iidooyinka ay tababarka. Laakiin sida ay samayso Kitaabka Quduuska ah, waxaa jira nooc ka mid ah ka xoogbadan, tababar-ma, sababtoo ah tababarka jirka waa wax aan waxtar lahayn, laakiin sababta oo ah waxa uu ku koobnayn.

Haddii aad weligaa yaabay waxa Ilaah u maleeyo ku saabsan rabtay aad, halkan jawaabta ay: Wuxu qabaa, waxa ay leedahay faa'iido, laakiin la xadidin, qiimaha. Sidaas halka aad socda, samaynayaan dhoollatus, iyo kor u miisaanno, nastaan in aqoonta in ay tahay wax wanaagsan in la sameeyo. jirkaaga ILAALI qaab ciyaareed fiican waa wax loo bogo-xitaa xigmad leh laakiin waxa uu u socday oo kaliya in ay ilaa iyo haatan waxaad ka heli.

Tani waa waxa Rasuul Bawlos ku yidhi Timothy:

"Laakiin waxba kuma laha sheekooyin aan ixtiraamin iyo doqon ah leeyihiin. Halkii, naftaada tababar cibaado, tababarka jidhka ayaa lacagta kooban, laakiin cibaadadu waa faa'iido si kasta, tan iyo markii ay ka haya ballanka nolosha xaadirka ah iyo sidoo kale nolosha inuu yimaado." (1 Timothy 4:7-8)

Waxaan xisaabo karin ilaa fikirrada Paul ee ka shaqeeya sida this: tababarka jirka waa wanaagsan, laakiin tababarka xagga ruuxa waa ka sii wanaagsan. Iyo in sababta oo ah xoog jirka waa ku meel gaar ah, halka cibaadadu waa weligeed ah. Marka Paul waxa uu ka hadlayaa "tababar iyo cibaadada" Waxaan qabaa inuu ka dhigan tahay samaynayaan wixii idin ruuxa ka xoog. Waxaa loola jeedaa ku lug yeeshay hawlo ka dhigi aad wax dheeraad ah cibaado leh. Waxaa laga yaabaa in kor u our Kitaabka Quduuska ah waa xitaa ka yar suurad ka qaadeen miisaan, laakiin waxa ay dayaceen la micno tahay inaan seego in ka badan caafimaad wanaagsan.

Weligaaba waa ka wanaagsan yahay daqiiqad

Waxaynu wada ognahay in marka ay wax sii jiro waa ka badan la jecel yahay. mid ka mid No iibsaday gaari og waxa bisha soo socda dumin doonaa. Waxaan halkii iibsan lahaa wax socdaa halka a, maxaa yeelay, waxaynu heli doonaa in ka badan oo ka mid ah maal-. Laakiin haddii aynu nahay si loo xisaabiyaa iyadoo go'aanada ku saabsan baabuurta, intee ka badan ayaa loo xisaabinayaa waana in aan ku saabsan naftayada?

Imisa jeer ayaad u malaynaysaa ku saabsan daa'in? Runta waxa ay tahay, waa in aan u malaynayaa in ka badan oo ku saabsan aannu ku samayn lahayn. Waxaa su'aal ma in kulli inteenna weligiis wuu noolaan doonaa; su'aashu waxay tahay waxa in weligiis noqon doonaa sida. Sidaas daraaddeed waa in aan ka dhigi maalgelinta hadda, garanaya in cawaaqibka ma dhammaan doonaan.

Tani waa waxa aan saamayn maalinba maalinta ka dambaysa ay diiradda saaraan. Sports way wanaagsan yihiin, laakiinse iyagu ma ay tahay wax walba oo. Your xoog jirka laga yaabaa in aad ka heli kulliyadda galay, laakiin ma waxaad ka heli doontaa galay Jannada. Waa in aad is ogow fiican ee jirkaaga, laakiin waxaan leenahay wax cuslaa si ay u daryeelaan. Sidee caafimaad leh waa adiga naftaadee?

Sida loo tabobaro

Ilaah inoo siinaysaa in la dhiso "muruqa ruuxi ah" marka aan sii daayeen dembiga Korka qabtay Ciise.

All oo naga mid ah wajihi doonaan baaritaano ruuxiga ah, tijaabooyin, iyo dagaalo maalin kasta. Ma waxaad u darbay? Dhameystay uma shaqeeyo ciyaartoyda iyo waxa aan ka shaqayn doonaa Masiixiyiinta. Sanadkii la soo dhaafay ayaa reading Kitaabka Quduuska ah ma ku filan tahay inay ku quudiso sanadkan. Waxaan ka dhigi doonaa oo kaliya iyada oo loo marayo marathon this by nimcada Ilaah ee, laakiin waxa uu inoo diyaarinaya tartanka iyada oo jimicsi ruuxiga ah our.

Waa waxtar ii ah in la xusuusto in halka faa'iidooyinka tababar jireed waxaa ay ku koobnaanayaan, faa'iidooyinka tababarka ruuxa aan xad lahayn. Maalmaha kuwa markaan Ma dareemayo inaan tukada ama wax akhriska Ereyga Ilaah, Aniga qudhaydu waxaan xusuusin karaa in lacagta ma uu yar yahay ama ku meel gaar ah. Ma i caawin doona oo kaliya todobaadka soo socda, waxaa i caawin doona in nolosha ee soo socda. Taasi dhiirogelin aan u baahdo oo dhan.

Trip thank you for this. For the past week I’ve been fearing death. I don’t know why but I do. I really needed to be reminded that heaven is the best thing ever and this earth won’t get me anything.

Thanks for this bit of encouragement! It is easy for some of us to become obsessed with eating healthy and exercising. But do you spend more time planning your meals and at the gym, than in times of prayer and study of the Word? It’s easy to have your priorities messed up, even on the mission field.

    Blessings in Christ to all!

anigu waxaan oggolahay. The spiritual fitness/exercise is FAR more important than any physical fitness/exercise, but I ALSO believe that both can be done at the same time as well. I know there is a fine line between working out for yourself and working out for God, but there is a difference (believe it or not). Working out for God, physically, includes the spiritual element. For instance, when you have a workout partner, you two talk periodically when you workout together. Imagine if, when you two talk, it isn’t about a pump, your muscles, iwm. Halkii, when you talk, speak from your heart, and have fellowship with one another in Christ. The physical working out may be a common interest for those in the gym, but if you add the spiritual aspect, your fitness with go to an unearthly level (right where we are supposed to be), spreading the love of Christ. It amazes me how The Lord speaks in so many different ways. I was wrestling with the thought ofI should work out todaybut was feeling like I fail at this area over and over again and somewhat feel it can be wasted time if it’s not something continuous in my life. Reading this blog was a reminder from God that He>I and when I focus on Him and train spiritually, I feel so much better and trust that it’s not time wasted. I think staying healthy is important but I know that digging into His word and seeking him is well worth every second of our life. Time with God is never wasted. Thanks for being obedient to what Christ has called you to share. Taas waxaan u baahan yahay. God bless You and your family Trip!

Tani waxa ay ahayd mid laga cabsado. The two things I hope to gain and retain this year and yet I struggle with the one that is far more important than the other. Trip Thanks, your timely blogs have been very inspiring, and they constantly point me back to Superstar.

Bro this is what I needed. I’ve been struggling and fighting with the spirit for the last couple of days. Just forgot to pray, read my bible, and even go to church. This is a wake up call. From now on I’m a changed man in Christ. I even thought God will n longer listen to me because of my ungodly life. Jesus died on the cross for me and I know I’m always welcome in his presence and he is just and faithful to forgive me from my sins.
Bro I thank God for your life and the great work he he’s doing through you. God bless you for accepting his works.
    Stay blessed my brother.

I think this is very relevant in our culture today. How often do you see people at the gym for hours? Trip, I work at the YMCA and I see the same people day in and day out for at least an hour of working out, but generally more than that. And it gets you thinking, there’s probably a lot of Christians that come into my Y (We’re the largest in Indiana), so how many of them are spending 1-2 hours a day engaging themselves in spiritual activity? This is relevant to me because it’s the call out I needed to get back in shape physically and spiritually. Thank you brother.

    Ilaah ha barakeeyo,

    Hey,

This is a word-for-a-season. In a culture there are so many social pressures to look good and for guys to be fit and ‘buff’, we can get so caught up in what we think we should be like, in what others tell us we need to look like.

Saying that God thinks that workouts have limited value is spot on, compared to the eternity we can spend with God.

This reminds me of David’s story when he is anointed king by Samuel 1 Samuel 16). God says in verse 7, “People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.

    Bless you,

    Josh

Trip I am big into working out, but I have to remind myself to read this post every once in a while. Helps keep me focused on what really matters

Wow as a fellow blogger I love the content of this. I am a workout buff but it comes easier than sometimes finding the time to pick up my Word daily. I then wonder why I don’t stand up to trials like I should. Awesome reminder. Trip Thanks

This is really encouraging and it has been something that’s been on my mind. I don’t read my Bible everyday, in fact, I could go for 2 ama 3 days without getting in touch with God’s Wordbut now I know that I’m denying myself eternal benefits. It means so much to me that what I read today will help me next week or next month. I can’t rely on what I did last year, or last weekI’m working out for my eternity!!
Godliness has value for ALL THINGS holding promise for both the present life and the life to come!
Trip Thanks Lee, for letting God work through youImma read the Word more! :)

that was awesome message Trip, I have always wondered whether working out is wrong or not or simply unnecessary. Your analysis clears the air on that one. Thanx, keep BRAGING BRO!!
